My content strategy work varies in scope from spearheading data collection through research to make informed content decisions to identifying process pain points to simplify internal processes.
Voice persona
Challenge: No clear, distinct voice for the company’s online platform of applications existed, with each content team member writing in a slightly different voice.
Deliverable: Define and document a voice persona to give the platform a clear, distinct voice.
My role: Lead voice persona efforts using data collected through research. Draft and updated the voice persona and key attributes based on the data.
Tools used: Calendly, Figma, Github, Google suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets), post-it notes/marker and whiteboard, Typeform, Zoom

Content operations
Challenge: The technical content team published help content to an outdated, unresponsive help site using internal processes that were outdated and time consuming.
Deliverable: Modernize and create a new content creation and delivery process using newly purchased vendor tools.
My role: Organize the collection of business requirements, explore vendor solutions, and implement a new process for the storage, authoring, and publishing of source files.
Tools used:
- For project management/vendor onboarding: Confluence, Google suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets), InVision, Jira, Smartsheet
- For project work: Arbortext editor, Oxygen editor, SDL Component Content Management System (CCMS), Vasont Inspire CCMS, Zoomin Docs portal

Inclusive language
Challenge: Terminology stepped in racism and ableism was used throughout the company’s online platform, code base, technical content, and marketing material.
Deliverable: Create a problematic and replacement terminology list, sharing it across the organization, and track the progress of correcting the terminology across the organization.
My role: Initiate, oversee, and track the progress towards removing problematic language throughout all organizations within the company
